Book Chapter Submission
Submission Guidelines
We invite authors to submit their book chapter manuscripts for consideration. Please carefully review the following instructions before submitting:
- Manuscripts must be written in English.
- Submissions are accepted only in Microsoft Word (.doc) format. Other formats will not be considered.
- Ensure that your manuscript aligns with the main themes and topics of the call.
- You may be asked to select a topic or thematic session during the submission process.
- Submission does not guarantee acceptance. All manuscripts will undergo a rigorous peer-review process conducted by at least two expert reviewers.
- Manuscripts not conforming to IGI Global submission guidelines at https://www.igi-global.com/publish/contributor-resources/before-you-write/ will be automatically rejected prior to the review process.
- All book chapter manuscripts should be submitted via IGI GLOBAL website using the following link: https://www.igi-global.com/publish/call-for-papers/call-details/8968

Deadlines
- Proposal Submission: July 6, 2025
- Notification of Acceptance: July 20, 2025
- Full Chapter Submission: September 28, 2025
- Review Results Returned: November 9, 2025
- Final Acceptance Notification: December 7, 2025
- Final Chapter Submission: December 14, 2025
Important Note:
All accepted book chapters will be accompanied by an oral presentation during the ROADEM’25 Conference, offering authors an opportunity to share and discuss their work with a live audience of peers and experts.
