Call for Special Sessions

Complementing the Call For Papers, ROADEM'2025 will feature Special Sessions that group papers on specific topics or showcase work from particular projects. These sessions may also include panel discussions on the presented works and themes. Special session paper submissions will be reviewed via the same exact process as submissions to the regular program, and papers are expected to meet the same quality standards. Researchers interested in proposing a Special Session should submit a one-page proposal by email to: roadem25@sciencesconf.org by May 15, 2025 May 30, 2025 that includes:

• Title of the proposed session
• Short biography of the organizer(s)
• Brief rationale for the proposed session

At least one of the organizers is expected to attend the conference to chair the session if it is accepted.
