Abstract Submission

Submission Guidelines

We invite authors to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations. Please read the following instructions carefully before submitting.

• Abstracts may be written in English or French
• The abstract must be submitted in Doc or Pdf format.
• Please ensure that your abstract clearly states the purpose, methodology, results, and conclusions.
• You may be asked to choose a topic or thematic session during submission.
• Submitting an abstract does not guarantee its acceptance. All submissions will undergo a rigorous review process by at least two expert reviewers.
• An abstract that does not conform to the conference template will be automatically rejected before the review process.
• Oral  and Poster presentations must be in English or French.

Presentations Instructions

All accepted abstracts will be presented either orally or as a poster. The ROADEM’25 Organizing committee considers both presentation formats equally valuable. Authors will be informed of their assigned presentation type after the review process.

The poster session will allow for greater interaction between authors and the audience. Prepare a 2–3 minute talk that you can deliver during poster sessions, especially during coffee and lunch breaks.

To submit your abstract, please follow the instructions below:

• You need to create a personal account on the Sciencesconf platform (if you do not already have one) 
• Then, submit your abstract using the conference template on https://roadem25.sciencesconf.org/user/submissions
